My own side note: my first million it talks about you know real estate people not being the smartest but Make good money. I would add to that and say that coders are not the smartest but make good money they’re just introverts whereas the real estate folks are socially good. The reason I say this is some of these tutorial guys do not seem like the sharpest tools in the shed.

Sam Parr on Indie Hackers

Where I first heard of Sam Parr. Good Episode. AG Tech newsletter by Kevin Van Trump is an example of a guy making a ton on a solo newsletter. Also reminded me about A-I-D-A (attention, interest, desire, action) from the glen garry glen ross chalk board along with always be closing.

Does $100 million in revenue many have a billion dollar company?

Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk) is a crowdsourcing marketplace that makes it easier for individuals and businesses to outsource their processes and jobs

I love overly simplified frameworks like the 4% rule in retirement planning but although they may not be like 100% accurate it’s the fact that it gets you like 80 plus percent of the way there earn overwhelming majority of the way there and just get you thinking in the appropriate way

Listening to the my first million podcast Sean talks about and it’s not a major point but it struck a chord with me which is that a hundred million in revenue means you have a billion dollar company so let’s just call it 10x your revenue as evaluation model which is obviously very oversimplified

But I had a thought and I don’t know if there’s legs here but I would be curious to see how this holds up in like a publicly traded stock setting. are there any companies out there that are making $100 million in revenue and are not worth a billion dollars? If so it would make sense that you should buy it because it’s undervalued.
