To me an entrepreneur’s ability to succeed is the ability to monetize It’s kind of a simple as that. The money is the scorecard.

Expensive time over the weekend learning about some e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce and Shopify. Also revisited drop shipping from the e-commerce king.

I love coming back to these topics because it just makes me feel like it should be easy to get a few bucks flowing on the internet.

I think about ideas like “CheeseMyNoodle” or the “BVPaddles” website or just any f****** widget and cyclebaron.com and fat stacks blog then I’m like oh my gosh I’ve got to be able to make a few bucks. Can play the curator role: goods gear, courses, concepts, etc.

Combo this with my technical abilities to make websites it just seems like a no-brainer.

Totally unrelated to this is my need to sell myself as a freelancer or full-time developer and once again it’s just the sales abilities and the you know get out of your whole abilities and make it happen.

I’m very comfortable doing the technical stuff doing the analytical stuff doing the learning but that’s not what monetization is all about.
