What happens when leading is not you thing? You’re just not into it?

Lead by example may be your only leadership ability?

I read listen to “how to be a great boss” and it makes me cringe. I understand the importance of leveraging groups to accomplish more but, uh, not really my thing. People. Motivating. Cheerleading. Accountability. Sigh. Is it just because I’m not stoked about the mission or something deeper than that? Is it okay to not be a leader?
