Focus on voiceover first. Don’t have to use script. Hit record icon in Premiere timeline and record audio in a bunch of small chunks, almost sentence by sentence. Use razor tool to cut audio and put together. Record all dialogue before adding any visual assets. Nest clips in essential sound and set as the dialogue. Automatch loudness for consistent volume. Add deEsser and vocal enhancer to make the sound of voice more rich.
The first 60 seconds is the most improtant so set the tone. Keep long pauses to a minimum. Graphics only one to 5 seconds.
Add a framehold to hold position if necessary to lineup with audio.

Some of the things i’ve noticed about his videos personally: keeps it rolling at a quick pace, sense of humor, good use of images and gifs. Has a background that is subtle-y always in motion.
genius thing he’s got is that when he does his code he deletes it in reverse order starts the recorder and then control z to undo the code delete
