A true timecard. What are you and your colleaugues really doing during your shift? Take a piece of paper and track your actions. Zoom in to a 15 minute level. Working 8 hours today, break that into a 15 minute biopsy of what you are spending your time on. Take your hourly wage rate and divide that by 4; are you really woth your salt? Can somebody else be doing your job for less?
